SendaRide is an ambitious NEMT startup on a mission to improve transportation for those who need it most. To support this vision, we tackled the challenge of redesigning the Care Partner app—making it more reliable, efficient, and scalable.
The Challenge
The legacy app was unreliable, frustrating to use, and full of workarounds that slowed down operations. Drivers struggled with the system, leading to more cancellations, inefficiencies, and roadblocks to scaling.
