As SendaRide is growing in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) space, its outdated admin dashboard struggled to keep up. Slow workflows and system limitations made it harder to manage rides efficiently.

We interviewed executives and employees do find the root issue. We found the legacy dashboard was clunky, patched together, and frustrating to use. It slowed down daily operations and made it difficult for the company to expand.
The Solution
We took a deep dive into how people actually used the system—talking to users, watching their workflows, and identifying pain points. From there, we built a solution that:
